La Pagerie - a 19th century three-bedroom family holiday gite in the heart of the picturesque Poitou-Charentes region of France, ideally placed between the market towns of Chef Boutonne and Melle.
Your holiday house comfortably accommodates up to 7 people with all the facilities you need to keep yourself and your family entertained for a perfect holiday as well as providing a safe and secure environment with a 2500m2 walled garden.
The games room now includes a pool table, X-BOX, playstation, board games, books and puzzles. In addition to these there are games to enjoy outside such as swing-ball, badminton and boules.
Situated in a peaceful and relaxing hamlet, you will be ideally located to explore the region of Poitou-Charentes, with it's fields of sunflowers, the historic towns of Melle and Chef Boutonne and for those looking for some extra excitement the Futuroscope theme park is within easy reach.
La Rochelle and Cognac are within easy reach of the house. Both Melle and Chef Boutonne also provide you with a good range of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
The accommodation is within reach of all the major French ferry ports and also the airports at Nantes, Poitiers, La Rochelle, Bordeaux and Limoges.
